Complaint you took money without permission
you took money out of my bank account without my permission and I want it back. it was $52-10 the reference number is 1-87*-800-****. I didn't use the thing because I didn't like the selection I was given I consider this to be highly irregular as I only sighed up for a sample to see if I liked it and I didn't.

as I am a pensioner I cant afford to give out this amount of money *** nilly.

You wouldn't hand out your credit card to a complete stranger in the street, so why do it online for anyone in the world to see and take advantage of? Cyber criminals would love you!

Made account, realized all movies were not what they advertised. Then cancelled my acount (i was charged for it).
Then a day later was charged with 2 transactions for over a dollar.
I then cancelled my debit card.

Bait and swap company
I was led to believe that a certain movie was available. After signing up for the extended trial membership (.98 from my credit card)the movie wasn't available.
Moreover, I didn't see a single movie on their lineup that I recognized, and none that I considered worth watching. Not surprising considering that there weren't but a handful to choose from. And they expect people to pay a monthly "premium" membership? I called to cancel and was told my .98 for the extended trial membership would be refunded.
We'll see. This review could have been shorter and more concise with fewer words, but a minimum of 100 words are required, so forgive my wordiness.

Because they are fake.
After they have gave membership the desired movies is not shown their browser .

Lesson learned: NEVER, EVER, EVER give your credit card number for a "free" trial because once that trial is up, you're getting charged no matter WHAT you do. Go ahead and pursue that refund and you'll end up wasting a lot more than $39.95 in time and energy. It's maddening.
You Are Do Right, Learned A Long Hard Lesson.
