I signed up for a free trial and am now being billed monthly. I wasn't able to watch the movie I wanted in the first place.
I would like to cancel, but am now having difficulty signing into my account. Please help. I can't afford a monthly payment for nothing!! i knew that by giving my information, i would eventually be billed after the month, but should be able to cancel any time after.
I wanted a movie for my students to watch at the end of our school year and was disappointed. i would like to cancel now without any more charges or problems. Please help!
I can see the there have been quite a few people who have also been ripped off by this site and would appreciate any guidance. Thanks!
