FRAUD PROS
Was looking for free new movies to stream, came across this site. Seemed harmless at first.
Then I had to sign up to watch movies. First thing i should've caught, it said free trial but needed credit card info. Second thing i should've noticed is the small payment to activate your account. Then 2 weeks after I made the account, over $54 was taken from my account.
I am by the way a high school student making minimal wage, that was my lunch money for 2 weeks before i got paid again.
I went to go deactivate my account, and my account info doesn't even work anymore. I have contacted them and they said they would give me a full refund, but I doubt it will happen.

F'in scam artists!!!!
I was contacted by them. They claim they will refund my 6 month charge and will not charge me in the future.
I will see if they do or not. If they do, their customer service is better than most people on here have reviewed.
Only time will tell if the refund in on my credit card and if I am not charged. I will update in a month.
Red flag #1. Then there is a "free trial" but you still have to enter credit card info and they will bill you after that "free trial." Red flag #2. I should have known better, but figured if they offer new movies then maybe it's worth it. Mistake!!!!
It was a bait and switch.
After signing up I couldn't even find the original movie I had tried to watch. The newest movie I could find was from 2015 and believe me, most of the movies on that site are total garbage. B movies at best. I like a campy movie now and then, but I can watch that stuff on Netflix or Amazon Prime for way less.
I filed a dispute with my credit card company.
Hopefully I can get a full refund. This was fraud, plain and simple.

Not sure why I have been charged $56....what exactly have I purchased?..this was a free trial ......absolutely no charge...cancel cancel cancel!!!....I haven't even used it....zombie and vampire movies....that was the only genre!...I didn't bother with it....where are all the other movies...and now I'm getting charged for something that was free....that I am totally not using....Please cancel my subscription....Push STOP!!!

SOLUTION TO PUSHPLAY BARBARICS.
So, I had dramas with these *** I'm pretty sure in most countries that the consumer law is that you can not mislead the consumer even if it's through miniscule-difficult-to-find print. The business must state all catches clearly in the main advertisement.
STEP 1 - Phone and talk to your bank and tell them that you have been misled by pushplay.com. Tell them about how you researched on the internet and discovered they have ripped off and scammed a lot of people. It's apparent that they are a scam. Also, point out how impossible it is to contact them to speak to them or cancel anything.
- Describe your circumstance. (eg: they misled you, they never even had the movie etc etc...)
STEP 2 - allow the bank to cancel that card-number to put a stop to Pushplay.com automatically taking money from your account.
(yes, you will then have to go through and re-organize any other automatic payments you have agreed to be debited from that account, and yes you will have to wait around 3 days for another replacement card to be issued, but it is worth it!)
STEP 3 - Tell the bank you would like to open a dispute with this company. The dispute may take up to 45 days, (that's what my bank told me anyways, but it all went through in less amount of time.)
(STEP 4- *hopefully! - (it worked for me) - you will then go and log in to your bank at a later date and notice a whole bunch of + transactions saying something like "Adjust Purchase ADJUSTMENT TO ACCOUNT --> blahblah" .
STEP 5 - Smile triumphantly that you have managed to get your money back.
STEP 5 - give the mental-birdie to the pushplay.com jerks.
Brilliant! - worth a shot I reckon.
Have been really frustrated with these people and been at loss with what to do.

Pushplay sucks. Tried it Out, got charged. Low move.
All I'm saying is that if you're product is good enough, you don't have to charge someone unexpectedly thus losing them as a potential customer, in most cases. I understand if someone wanted to join but couldn't afford it and got charged, but guess what...? I;m not one of those people. I honestly don't remember your product, but I remember that I paid for something I didn't even use! I understand the gimmick of advertising to buy the product all through the trial and limit certain features... the getting a little bothersome, but at least it gives you the chance to try it and Decide whether you want it or not.
I didn't get a single email saying the trial was about to end, but furthermore, I also didn't get any about joining for some special price! Or even, an email to remind me to use the service. What a load of *** to dump a what... twenty dollar charge? I've technically got the service, but have barely even touched it in the first place, but then haven't since Just Because of That ***! I know you might not give a rip about One customer, but I guarantee that I'm not the only who had this happen. Grow a better business model! I'd like a refund, but oh wait... you don't offer those either, do you? What kind of one-stop-town traveling snake oil medicine salesmanship *** is this? Need parlor tricks to make your money? Then maybe you should develop a decent, worthwhile program so that you don't have to worry about using cheap tricks to make sure the lights stay on at PushPlay!!!
I digress... Although that was ***! And shame on you for not even offering a refund. That's low. But for the people who actually Do pay attention to what we sign up for, but are a little forgetful... at least offer a refund. That way, you could at least make Some money off those who are absolutely oblivious! To be fair, I haven't used the product very much, but I can say that what I said earlier on that I don't even remember it, is entirely true. So, that says Something. I'm not a terribly forgetful guy, but I'm pretty blank on what PushPlay really even Did for me. Twenty-something dollars for nothing. Bunch of malarky if you ask me... If you ever get out of the business of sheisting, then feel free to let me know. Until then, keep pumping mediocrity in to the marketplace!

Big fraud! I signed for 5 day free trial, few minutes later after discovering that their website doesn't have the movie I was looking for and also did not allow me watch any other, I decided to close the account immediately.
When I called and canceled she promised me to send me confirmation. Half an hour later I called again to ask why I didn't receive any confirmation about my cancelation. She asked me again for all my cc information to "be sure" this was the right card to charge instead to cancel. I found $1.00 charge on my account.
I never received any confirmation email!
I called my credit card immediately to close my card to prevent any charges from this fraudulent company. Caveat emptor!!!
39 dollar charge by pushplay
i dont remember even signing up for it and i got charged 39$ from it??
if somebody can help that would be very nice and i just found out i got charged twice on the same day??? it says 2.95 a month renewing anyways but i didnt even get it and 39 dollars lost? if somebody knows about this please help me out so i can somehow get my money back because i know there support will not help me so i came here thank you if you do end up helping and did anyone have the same problem?

i had the same thing happen to me. Signed up thinking it was totally free but needed to verify my age, 3 weeks later, $53 taken from my account.
Went to go cancel my account, email and password don't work. I'm not happy about it but, I should've known.
