This company are a bunch of crooks STAY AWAY from them. Do not put your details in as there is no such thing as a free trial. As I cannot stop these dirty thieving bastards stealing from my card I have got to go through the inconvenience of cancelling my card which Is a pain in my ***. So if you don't want to be ripped off by a thieving immoral company that doesn't deliver what it promises do not use push play.

PUSH PLAY CHARGED WITHOUT SIGNING UP! I WANT MY REFUND BACK

I am from Singapore and my monthly credit card is being charged without my authorization. Every week my card is being reduced in funds of USD$39.90 and I'm unable to end transactions .

I am really disappointment and unhappy for suffering the amount of loss each month without even signing up or entering the site .

Since September 2012 with all the charged evidence of losing my monthly hard earn money as a sole breadwinner of the family on hand till July 2013. I really hope I am able to get back my refunds and to end the charge monthly for my credit card.

Hi I am from singapore. and i just realised that even i am being charged of money uncessarily .I lost 47 singapore dollars !!! is there a way we can get our refund back?

Guest

uh you had to have put your card info in SOMEWHERE for them to start charging you. probably one of the many people that fall for "free" trials and forget to cancel.

in short you should be talking to your bank NOT complaining on a public complaints board and tell them to STOP the charges or if they can not. CLOSE your account and put your money elsewhere.

i'm sure there are more than enough banks in your country as there are in most others aren't there ?

after the first transaction if my bank wouldn't or couldn't fix the situation my money remaining would come OUT and go into a new bank, end of story. it's their job to help you but its also your job to get off your duff and make them help you not sit around for months on end complaining about money coming out and losing it that my friend is your problem.

Unauthorized use of my finds

My credit card is being charged without my authorization. Every week my card is being reduced in funds and I'm unable to end transactions without cancellation of my card wich will. Take me having to deal without any money for several weeks waiting on a new card to be sent to me wich I cannot afford. Therefore I have been put in a situation to suffer this regular loss of funds due to the fact of how the fraud procedure works as to how I or the steps to how I would have to fix this issue. This is not just fraud but also intentional abuse of the system. They seem to use the guidelines that are in place to protect us as there shield to fraud us.

PushPlay movies on line - buyer beware!

PushPlay's offer is enticing but be sure read the fine print about your "FREE" 5 day trial period. If you can find it...

Tons of links on their site that never really go to a movie that you can watch.

They ask you to give credit card information and say they won't charge you anything. However, if you don't cancel at the end of 5 days they will start automatically billing your credit card at $39.00 per month.

I was lucky and got out before they could do that. ( They charged me a buck to cancel...)

It's an evil website. DON'T EVER GIVE THEM YOUR INFORMATION!

ESPECIALLY YOUR ACCOUNT!

I'm a girl from Taiwan, and I was looking for a movie which can't be seen in my country, so I sign up this web cause I thought it was free. But than I found out they didn't even have the movie I want!

So I wanted to cancel it right after I found out.

I've been sending emails to them in order to cancel my membership, but they never reply. And it's to expensive for me to make an international call.

Who ever can help me, please tell me what to do......

***. Forgot to check for a scam..

Signed up. Got charged a dollar initially... A month later and I just got charged $49.00.

I'm gonna rip someone's head off tomorrow. So angry.

On 9/29/13 while searching the net for free information on Epic Nurse charting. I was directed to Lush Play for the free material.

On the initial page I was asked for my credit card and the site stated in bold lettering "YOU WILL NOT BE CHARGED ANYTHING" and that the reason they were asking for your credit card, was to verify who you are. After entering my information I went to the next page and there it was...I was given 4 membership options...one was a free 5 day trial....I did not choose any of the options given...I immediately exited the system....essentially I opted out choosing NO MEMBERSHIP! 12 hours later on 9/30/13 I noted a 1.00 charge from my bank account by Lush Play...I immediately called them and asked them what the charge was and Ebony at Lush play told me that the 1.00 charge was a pre approval charge for my membership...I said WHAT MEMBERSHIP? I DID NOT APPROVE A MEMBERSHIP!!

I was then forced to cancel a membership that I did not approve! And it will take 24 hours for the 1.00 to be put back into my account!

Lush Play must be a very terrible service if they have to LIE, STEAL, AND USE SUCH UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICES!!! THEY WILL DEFINAELY, NEVER BE A REPUTABLE COMPANY!!!!!!!

My 5 day free trial from push play was not 5 days! They charged my account for a premium membership, before the 5 day trial was up.

I called to cancel the morning of the 5th day. The rep told me it would take 10 days for the transaction to be complete and the money in my account. Ten days would not be soon enough. Per my request, a supervisor took my call.

I explained that I am disabled veteran on a fixed income and the money they took from my account (before 5 days) was going to put me in the red and my insurance would not get paid. There would be NSF fees from my bank plus other charges from creditors, and I practically begged to have them handle the transaction within 24 hours. I could not believe my ears when the supervisor raised her voice and spoke their blanket return caveat. I then began to ask her a question and as soon as she heard me speaking she repeated the refund caveat and hung up on me.

I have never had a bad experience like this, ever. I never thought to check out reviews. Pushplay is a sham!

don't even try the free trial. their movies are not what they advertise.

Dear Ticked off Veteran, I kind of fell for their *** myself. But after I had put my card in and went to the next page and saw the 4 program options...one being a free 5 day trial....I exited to system and chose not...essentially I opted out.

12 hours later on Monday morning I saw a charge from lush play for 1.00. I immediately called them and asked what the charge was for and they said it was a pre approval fee for my membership....I said what membership...I chose non of your programs and exited the system...I was forced to cancel a membership I did not approve. their site is a lie!!!!!! Obviously they must have a really terrible service if they have to lie, and steal from people!!!!!

But the best thing a person can do is to have a preload type of credit card with only 10 dollars on it to use for such things like this on the internet.

because if the money is not there...they can't steal it!! Good luck to you in the future.

:sigh

Free trial...cost me a $1.00 cancellation cost me $1.00 Thieves!

Guest

Thanks so much for the warning. I, too, had entered most of my info before checking this site, but was able to delete it and save myself headaches....

Guest

I really appreciate it when people like you take the trouble to tell others of their bad experiences. I almost signed up for this service, then caught myself, and decided to check first.

Your site and a few others came up.

Thanks, guys! You've saved me a lot of heartache, not to mention hard=earned cash.

I got this account thinking it was good. Then i looked at the comments and immediately wanted to deactivate, i couldn't find the deactivation button!

So i tried calling and couldn't get ahold of a real person. Im scared there gonna charge me and i don't know how to cancel. Do any of you know how to? Befor they scam me like all of you.

:sigh This sight sucks and i defiantly wouldn't recommend it to ANYONE!!! :( :( :( :(

Charged for free trial

When you singup for this free trail service movies streaming wrong. The movies are older than me and I'm pretty old. When you cancel your free trial you dont get to talk to a person and you can't find any contact information in order to get a refund. This is payer be ware in capital letters. The phone number provided the recording is so bad you bairly can hear the recording so good luck on cancelling and getting a refund. But I will keep trying, can't afford not to. Do not signup for this on its bad news.

Charged $1 and I never signed up

Pushplay.com said they needed my credit card to verify I was a US citizen. Once I entered it they offered me a free 5-day account. I chose not to sign up because I knew I might forget to cancel. However, the following day I found a charge of $1 on my account. And I didn't sign up for ANYTHING. This is a great scam for them. Most people will not bother to report or try to collect the $1 back. This means they are making millions of dollars just by charging the $1 fee. I encourage anyone reading this to challenge the $1 fee. Your bank/credit card company will go after them. Calling the number they list on the bank entry is useless, you just get an automated system telling you that all charges are non-refundable.

PushPlay charged cancellation fee for the free trial which they didn't tell you in the beginning

I recently joined the PushPlay (an online movie rental where you can watch movies without downloading them). They have a 5 day free trial which they say you can cancel anytime without being charged. Once I am registered, the movie selections are disappointing. I couldn't find any movies I actually recognise. The ones I tried to watch were again disappointing in story line and quality. When I cancelled the free trial (because they will continue charging you monthly otherwise) PushPlay actually charge a fee to cancel the trial online (which is only US$0.99 but they did not make that clear in the signing up process). So not worth it.

Stole my $50

Push play is a scam.Period. $50 is a significant amount of money and i would expect them to tell me that my free trial was about to be over and that they were going to bill my account. they never warned me. When i called, the prompt message was like, "if you want to inquire why your account was billed $49.95...push 2." They already knew that's the only thing a person calls to talk about. Thieves. How do you even charge $50 for videos like that. Your Website is a scam version of you-tube only with very pitiful quality of videos. Pathetic.
